Initial consultation (Walkthrough) - During a walkthrough we will start at the curb and go through every room of the house discussing all the possible options in preparing your home for sale and prioritizing suggested changes. Topics we will touch on include cleaning, pre-packing, repairs, and even being mentally prepared to sell. You will then receive a comprehensive report on everything we talk about. The fee for this service is $100.00.
Finishing Touches—After you have completed the key items we talk about on the walkthrough, I would like to return and help you arrange furniture and accessories to make your home appealing to as many potential buyers as possible. The fee for this service is $75.00 per hour and usually takes 1-2 hours.
Pre-Packing and Organizing - Some people just need a little more help getting started. I will be glad to come in and work with you for just an hour or two or longer if needed. The fee for this service is $75.00 per hour.
Buying a home is a very emotional process for most people. A few seconds is all it takes to draw buyers in or turn them away. You will never get the buyers back that came through when your house wasn’t ready. The cost of staging a home is very small compared to price decreases of thousands of dollars.
